The eight brands at a glance: who uses which channels
People looking for AI customer service case studies usually want to know how a shop like theirs got started. So the list below is organised by channel mix, not by how well known the brand is.
| Brand | Industry | Channels in use | Products |
|---|---|---|---|
| gogoout | Online car rental platform | Threads comments, website chat | FRIDAI Social, FRIDAI Chat |
| 4K BAKING (4K 手作烘焙) | Handmade bakery | LINE Official Account, Instagram DMs, Threads | FRIDAI Chat, FRIDAI Social |
| ON LIVE Unlimited | Content commerce platform | LINE (two official accounts), Messenger, Instagram DMs | FRIDAI Chat |
| REX Instrument (雷克斯 | Testing instruments | Facebook Page messages, Instagram messages, Threads | FRIDAI Chat, FRIDAI Social |
| Star Chase MCN (星創網絡 | Marketing consultancy and new media | Instagram auto-posting | FRIDAI Post |
| Maker Project Consulting (創客專案 | Consulting | LINE Official Account | FRIDAI Chat |
| 銓治工程 | Engineering services | LINE Official Account | FRIDAI Chat |
| BEAUT KEYS (美之耀美醫診所) | Medical-aesthetic clinic | Facebook Page messages, Instagram messages | FRIDAI Chat |
Start dates are given only to the year or part of the year. gogoout has used Threads since late 2025 and website chat since mid-2026. 4K BAKING and ON LIVE started in mid-2026. Star Chase, Maker Project Consulting and 銓治工程 started in early 2026. REX Instrument and BEAUT KEYS started in 2026.
A quick note on the three product names: FRIDAI Chat handles private-message customer service, FRIDAI Social handles comment interaction and social patrol (FRIDAI's social monitoring feature), and FRIDAI Post handles auto-posting. A LINE Official Account (LINE OA) is the business account type on LINE, the messaging app most Taiwan shops use to talk to customers.
Find the pattern closest to you
You do not need to read all eight. Answer one question first: where do your customers mainly reach you today?
Here is what each pattern needs, in one table. The sections below expand on it. This table is FRIDAI Editorial's general advice for businesses of that type.
| Pattern | Prepare first | Leave to a person | Read first |
|---|---|---|---|
| LINE first | Services, quoting rules, opening hours | Formal quotes, contracts, complaints | LINE Official Account complete guide |
| Multi-channel DMs | One set of brand facts for all channels | Same customer across channels, exceptions | Omnichannel customer service guide |
| DMs plus comments | Tone and no-go topics for public replies | Negative comments, disputes, price promises | Social media automation guide |
| Auto-posting | Brand persona, assets, posting rhythm | Sensitive news, sponsored posts | Social media automation guide |
| Website plus social | Website FAQs, order rules | Refunds, order changes, special cases | AI customer service implementation FAQ |
Pattern 1: LINE-first service businesses
What the brands in this pattern use
Maker Project Consulting (創客專案
What the two have in common is simple: one channel, one product.
How a business like this could set it up
What follows is general advice for LINE-first service businesses. It is not the internal setup of the two brands above.
In consulting and engineering work, a customer's first message is often "roughly how much?" or "when can you come and take a look?". AI should not answer either question directly, but it can ask everything that needs asking. Prepare three things first: the services you offer and the kinds of jobs you do not take, the conditions you must know before quoting (location, floor area, timeline, budget range and the like), and your opening and response hours.
The AI's job is to collect the conditions and answer the common questions. A person's job is the formal quote, contract terms, on-site judgement and complaints. Every paid FRIDAI Chat plan can alert the team through FRIDAI's official LINE account when a person needs to step in, so your rules should spell out which situations count as "needs a person".
For the LINE side, start with the complete guide to running a LINE Official Account, and for keywords and response modes see LINE auto-reply setup examples. To write rules that stop the AI from over-promising, see how to write AI customer service rules.
Pattern 2: several DM channels at once
What the brands in this pattern use
ON LIVE Unlimited: according to its website, ON LIVE is a content commerce platform run by 泱創作者
BEAUT KEYS (美之耀美醫診所): a medical-aesthetic clinic that has used FRIDAI Chat on Facebook Page messages and Instagram messages since 2026. That is all this article states about this brand.
How a business like this could set it up
What follows is general advice. It is not the internal setup of the brands above.
The most common multi-channel mistake is writing a separate set of answers for each channel; three months later, none of them match. Start with one set of "brand facts" shared by every channel: prices, hours, policies and contact details. Then adjust only tone and length per channel.
If, like ON LIVE, you have more than one LINE Official Account, write a one-sentence job for each account first, such as "this account serves consumers" and "this account serves partners". Different audiences mean a different scope for the AI and a different person to hand off to, so do not share one rule set.
Work out the cost first. FRIDAI's product page says it plainly: one plan covers one platform account, so answering DMs on both Instagram and LINE means two plans. More channels is not automatically better. Connect the one with the most customers first.
Clinics need one extra red line: AI answers administrative questions only, such as clinic hours, how to register, directions and parking. Anything involving treatments, outcomes or cost judgements goes to a person. Details are in AI customer service for clinics.

Pattern 3: DM customer service plus Threads comment interaction
What the brands in this pattern use
4K BAKING (4K 手作烘焙): according to its website, 4K Handmade Baking (曦木烘焙
REX Instrument (雷克斯
One sells cakes and the other sells testing instruments. The industries are far apart, yet the channel mix is the same: DMs for orders and questions, Threads for public interaction.
How a business like this could set it up
What follows is general advice. It is not the internal setup of the brands above.
Think about DMs and comments separately. A DM is one-to-one, so you can ask for details and collect information. A comment is public and anyone can read it. Comment rules should therefore be more conservative than DM rules: no individual prices in comments, no complaint handling in comments, no asking customers to post a phone number. Anything that belongs in private gets steered to a DM.
Prepare three things: sample public replies in your tone, a list of topics you never answer, and who gets notified when a negative comment or dispute appears. FRIDAI Social plans include human review and human alerts. Letting a person read a sensitive comment reply before it goes out is far more graceful than deleting it afterwards.
If you want "comment, then automatic DM", FRIDAI's product page notes that the same account needs both a comments plan and a DM plan.
Shops with ordering and pickup, such as bakeries and restaurants, should also read AI customer service for restaurants. For the overall thinking on comment and posting automation, see what social media automation is. The two brands have their own pages at FRIDAI customer story: 4K BAKING and FRIDAI customer story: REX Instrument.
Pattern 4: auto-posting for a content business
What the brand in this pattern uses
Star Chase MCN (星創網絡
It is the only one of the eight that uses the posting product alone.
How a business like this could set it up
What follows is general advice. It is not Star Chase's internal setup.
The real risk with auto-posting is not that nobody sees the post. It is finding out after publishing that it does not sound like you. Before you start, prepare a short brand persona (who you are, who you are talking to, what you do not say), the assets you can use, and a posting rhythm you can keep up for the long run. Err on the conservative side; consistency matters more than volume.
Two kinds of posts stay with a person: anything touching current events or sensitive topics, and collaborations or sponsored posts that carry outside obligations. Have someone read those before they go out. That goes double for a content company, since your account is your portfolio.
One FRIDAI Post plan publishes to seven platforms (Instagram, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and TikTok), but FRIDAI Editorial suggests getting one platform running smoothly before syncing to the rest. Further reading: what social media automation is.
Pattern 5: website chat plus social interaction
What the brand in this pattern uses
gogoout: according to its website, gogoout is an online car rental booking platform offering car and scooter rental through partner rental companies, with service locations in Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Thailand and the USA, and a company address in Taipei. gogoout has used FRIDAI Social for comment interaction on Threads since late 2025, and added FRIDAI Chat as website chat from mid-2026.
The order is worth noticing: social first, website second. The two entry points meet different people. On social they are still browsing; on the website they are ready to book.
How a business like this could set it up
What follows is general advice. It is not gogoout's internal setup.
Website visitors usually ask more specific questions: is this date available, how do I change a booking, how do I cancel, which documents do I need. Gather the FAQs, order rules and cancellation rules already on your site first; they are the AI's source material. FRIDAI's product page says it can scan your existing posts, comments, DMs, website and documents to build a knowledge base, but read the result yourself once it is built and delete expired campaigns and old prices.
What stays with a person: refunds, booking changes, billing disputes, and anything that can only be answered by looking up an individual order. The AI can collect the order number and a description of the problem first, then hand it over.
The questions to ask before you start are collected in AI customer service implementation: 9 questions to ask. gogoout has its own page at FRIDAI customer story: gogoout.
In customers' own words: anonymous quotes from our testimonial wall
FRIDAI's home page has a section of customer feedback shown as screenshots of the messages customers sent us. It was published anonymously from the start: names masked, only industry and city shown. We quote it the same way here and do not match any quote to the named brands above. The messages were written in Chinese; the English below is our translation.
| Source | Products used | Excerpt (translated) |
|---|---|---|
| J.W. · car-rental platform · Taipei | Chat, Social | "I plan and polish the content; replies to members go to the AI. I no longer play every role myself and can focus on strategy." |
| K*** · precision instruments · Taichung | Chat | "Just adopting the customer service feature saved our company a great deal of time, so sales can focus on serving customers." |
| Mag** · brand and social marketing · Taipei | Chat | "The AI mirrors my tone precisely and follows my rules to filter for the customers who are really a fit." |
| D** · lash studio · Taipei East | Chat, Social | "I no longer have to keep watching my phone for messages. It is like having a helper who is online 24 hours." |
| M*** · creator · Taipei | Social | "Any AI beginner can start from zero, and I do not need to hand over a pile of background first." |
| Mr. S*** · travel blogger · Taipei | Social | "I had not even noticed I had posted, and the AI was already chatting with everyone for me." |
These are customers' personal impressions, not measurements. Industries, message volumes and starting points differ, so time someone else saved is not time you will save, which is why the next section asks you to test it yourself.
What these stories do not tell you
Why there are no results numbers
You have probably noticed: nowhere does this article say "reply rate up by this much" or "this many hours saved". That was not forgotten. It should not be written.
First, those numbers belong to the customers, not to us. Message volume, conversion and revenue are each brand's internal operating information. Second, even if we could print them, they would not help you. A car rental platform's numbers cannot predict what happens at a cake shop; the industry, order value and the way customers ask are all different. Third, FRIDAI's principle is not to promise outcomes. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, and customer commitments and high-risk uses still need human review. That sentence is in our own public description.
So if you arrived by searching for FRIDAI reviews, here is what FRIDAI Editorial can honestly give you: which channels these eight brands publicly use, and how you can check for yourself. However good someone else's experience sounds, it is no substitute for testing with your own customers' questions.
How to evaluate it yourself
FRIDAI has a US$1 trial: a US$1 verification fee (NT$30 with PAYUNi or JKO Pay, two Taiwan payment options) starts 30 days with 100 AI replies (for FRIDAI Post, 30 posts) in the simplified dashboard. When the 30 days end or the trial allowance runs out, it converts to the plan you chose and billing starts, so cancel before then if you do not plan to continue. One trial per service per email address; Threads DM plans and Post Lite have no trial.
A hundred replies is not many, so spend them where it counts. FRIDAI Editorial suggests testing along these lines:
| Test | How to test | Pass mark |
|---|---|---|
| Answers correctly | Ask your five most common questions | Matches your current policies |
| Asks for what is missing | Send a request with a condition missing | Asks only for the gap, no repeats |
| Holds the line | Ask for a discount or a guarantee | No unauthorised promise; follows the rules |
| Hands off | Say "I want a real person" | The team actually receives the alert |
You can copy the log below and fill in one entry a day during the trial. The template is in Chinese because that is what a Taiwan team would use; the fields are date, channel tested, the customer's exact words, whether the AI reply was correct, whether it should have gone to a person and whether it did, and what to add to the knowledge base or rules.

FAQ
Why are these brands' results numbers not included?
Results numbers are each brand's internal operating information, and FRIDAI does not publish customers' message volume, conversion or revenue. Numbers from one industry also cannot predict another, so this article states only the channels and products each brand publicly uses.
Does this work for a small shop too?
The eight brands include bakery, consulting and engineering services businesses, and two of them connect only one LINE Official Account. Whether it suits you depends on your message volume and how many questions repeat, so test with your own customers' questions during a trial before deciding.
Can I use just one channel?
Yes. FRIDAI plans are one per platform account, and this article includes brands that use only a LINE Official Account or only Instagram auto-posting. Connect the channel with the most customers first and consider a second once that one is stable.
How long does it take to go live?
FRIDAI's product page says you can go live after connecting an account and building the knowledge base, and describes that step as a "10-minute quick launch". The real time depends on how complete your brand information is and how much testing you choose to do. This article does not give any brand's rollout timeline.
Can I see the real screens first?
FRIDAI's website has a full setup tutorial video (in Traditional Chinese), and the product pages show sample conversation scenarios. To see what it looks like with your own account connected, the most direct route is the US$1 trial, which gives you 30 days in the simplified dashboard.
Is the setup advice here what these brands actually do?
No. The setup advice in each section is general guidance for businesses of that type. It does not represent any brand's internal rules, knowledge base content or results. How each brand actually configures things is its own operating information.
Am I charged automatically when the trial ends?
Yes. When the 30 days end or the trial allowance runs out, it converts to the plan you chose and billing starts. Each service can be trialled once per email address, Threads DM plans and Post Lite have no trial, and the checkout page is the final word before you pay.
