1. Statutory withdrawal rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. For non-tangible digital content or an online service completed when provided, a statutory seven-day withdrawal right is excluded only when we clearly disclose the exception and you give prior consent to immediate supply, to the extent permitted by Taiwan law.
2. Subscription cancellation and renewal
- Monthly and annual plans renew for the billing period disclosed at checkout until cancelled.
- Cancel in account settings or contact us before the next charge. Access normally continues through the paid period, and future renewal charges stop.
- Cancelling a subscription does not delete the account. Submit a separate privacy request if you want account or data deletion.
3. When refunds are available
We provide a full or proportionate refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, for verified duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges; a material failure attributable to us that cannot be corrected within a reasonable period; a valid statutory withdrawal; or another case required by law or approved by us in writing.
Fees for a current period that has already begun are otherwise not automatically prorated, without limiting mandatory rights.
4. How to request a refund
Email fridai@fansnetwork.ai with the account email, order or payment reference, reason, and supporting information. Never email a full card number or security code.
We generally respond within seven business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; banks and payment providers may require another 7–14 business days to post the credit.
5. Trials, promotions, and third-party billing
Cancel a free trial before it converts to paid service. Promotional refunds follow the disclosed offer terms and applicable law. Third-party billing may also follow that platform's process and timing, without reducing mandatory rights.
6. Changes
We may update this policy for service or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably and will not retroactively reduce statutory rights in completed transactions.
