• Service and social data: brand knowledge, settings, conversations, messages, comments, posts, images, and connected-platform identifiers.
• Transactions: plan, order, billing status, and necessary transaction records. Payment providers generally process complete card details directly.
• Device and usage: IP address, browser, device, cookies, activity, error, and security logs.
• Support and marketing: inquiries, reports, event registration, preferences, and consent records.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Based on our contract, your consent, legal obligations, and legitimate needs to operate a secure service, we use data to create and verify accounts; deliver AI and automation; process payments; provide support; secure, debug, analyze, and improve the service; send essential notices; and conduct consented marketing. Without required data, some features may not work.

3. Period, regions, recipients, and methods

• Period: while an account or contract is active and as needed for legal obligations, disputes, and security; then deletion, restricted use, or de-identification as required.
• Regions: where we and our processors operate, potentially outside Taiwan.
• Recipients: our personnel; cloud, security, payment, analytics, support, communication, and user-connected platform providers; and authorized authorities.
• Methods: automated or manual collection, storage, transfer, analysis, retrieval, correction, deletion, and other necessary processing.

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only as needed to provide the service, follow your instructions, complete a corporate transaction, protect rights and safety, or comply with law. We require processors to use appropriate safeguards.

5. International transfers

Cloud, social, and communication services may process data overseas. Depending on the service and applicable law, we use contractual, access-control, encryption, or other reasonable safeguards.

6. Security and retention

We use risk-appropriate access controls, encryption, logging, backups, and incident response. No network transmission is absolutely secure. We will handle and notify legally reportable personal-data incidents as required.

7. Cookies

We may use necessary, preference, and analytics technologies for login, settings, service understanding, and improvements. Browser controls can manage cookies, but disabling necessary cookies may impair features.

8. Your rights

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you may request inquiry or access, a copy, correction or supplementation, cessation of collection, processing or use, and deletion, subject to legal exceptions. You may opt out of direct marketing at any time.

9. Children, third parties, and updates

The service is primarily for businesses and legally competent users, not children. Third-party sites and platforms apply their own privacy policies. We will reasonably communicate material updates by website, account notice, or email.
