When we began developing FRIDAI, no one anticipated how challenging it would be. We are striving to create a system that not only 'responds,' but also understands the brand's tone, comprehends service logic, and retains a human touch. This means it must learn to discern in a constantly changing context, rather than rely on rote memorization of commands. We've tried similar systems available on the market: too expensive, difficult to integrate, and complicated to use. Crafting prompts, training models, integrating APIs, and adjusting parameters often result in higher implementation costs for enterprises than hiring personnel. Those services claiming to be 'plug-and-play' frequently misunderstand the brand and tone, merely replicating answers mechanically. Our objective is not simply to solve a technical issue, but to address a real commercial challenge: how to enable brands to have a truly operational AI assistant with minimal learning cost. This is the reason FRIDAI was developed.
