FRIDAI MCP and the Optimizer

Connect Claude or Codex to your FRIDAI account and just say what you need: edit your Notebook and Reply Settings, check messages, manage AutoPost, and schedule a whole batch of posts at once. The Optimizer checks your AI Notebook until it scores 100, runs conversation tests, and updates it for you once they pass — with an automatic backup before every change.

  • For active paid accounts
  • Uses your own Claude/Codex quota
  • Authorization renews automatically
  • No API keys to handle

FRIDAI MCP

A secure connection. Once it is set up, Claude or Codex can read and update your Notebook and Reply Settings, view the Message Center (read-only), and manage AutoPost, including scheduling a whole batch of posts at once.

Part 2

The Optimizer

Built in as soon as MCP is connected, and always the latest version. It checks your Notebook line by line, finds contradictions and gaps, asks you for missing details, writes a complete improved version, then runs conversation tests.

Get ready

First, get Claude or Codex ready

Claude works in the browser or the desktop app; Codex lives in the ChatGPT desktop app. Neither needs you to type any commands. Already set up? Skip to Part 1.

Download, install and sign in

A regular Claude chat can connect to FRIDAI — you don’t need Claude Code. Even the free plan can add 1 custom connector.

Codex lives in the ChatGPT desktop app. ChatGPT’s Free, Go, Plus, Pro, Business, Edu and Enterprise plans can all use it; how much you can use depends on the plan.

  1. Download Claude from the official site

On your computer, open claude.com/download and choose the Mac or Windows version.

    Open the Claude download page
  2. Install and sign in

Open the downloaded file to install it. Open Claude from the Applications folder on a Mac or the Start menu on Windows, and sign in to your Claude account.

  3. Prefer not to install anything?

Open claude.ai in your browser, sign in and use the web version.

  1. Download ChatGPT from the official site

On your computer, open chatgpt.com/download and choose the Mac or Windows version. The Windows version installs from the Microsoft Store.

    Open the ChatGPT download page

If you installed the Codex desktop app before, a normal update turns it into the new ChatGPT desktop app, and your existing chats and projects are kept.

  2. Install and sign in

Once it is installed, open ChatGPT and sign in to your ChatGPT account.

  3. Switch to “Codex”

Click the menu in the top-left corner and choose “Codex”.

Your first session

  1. Say what you need in plain words

Type in the message box and send it. Be clear about the result you want, for example “Check the Notebook for (brand name).”

  2. It asks before using FRIDAI

The first time it needs a FRIDAI tool, Claude asks for permission: “Allow once” allows just this time, “Always allow” stops it from asking again, and “Deny” blocks it.

  3. New task, new chat

Click “New” in the top-left corner to start a new chat.

  1. Pick a folder

When you start working, pick a folder; Codex uses the files in it. If you don’t have a suitable one, create a new folder on your desktop.

  2. Say what you need in plain words

Type in the message box and be clear about the result you want. Add any files you want it to look at to the chat.

  3. It asks before it acts

You can choose permissions below the message box. The official advice is to start with “Ask for approval”: Codex works inside the current folder and stops to ask you before going beyond it.

“Full access” lets it change any file on your computer without asking you. Don’t turn it on casually.

  4. New task, new chat

Click “New chat” to start a new chat.

Part 1

FRIDAI MCP: connect your AI assistant to your account

Connect once and you can manage every brand this sign-in email owns, plus every brand shared with you with full access.

Before you start, check three things

  • Your account has at least one active paid subscription. Free, trial, demo and deactivated accounts don’t show MCP Settings; if you just paid, refresh the dashboard and it will appear.
  • You are signed in to Claude, on the web or in the desktop app; even the free plan can add 1 custom connector. No account yet? See Download and install. The ChatGPT desktop app is installed and signed in on your computer. Not yet? See Download and install.
  • Authorization only ever happens on FansNetwork.ai, the official domain of the FRIDAI dashboard and MCP. If you see any other address, don’t sign in.

Connect in four steps

  1. Open Claude’s connector settingsOpen Codex’s MCP settings

In Claude’s left sidebar, click “Customize” → “Connectors”, then click “Add” in the top-right corner → “Add custom connector”.

In the ChatGPT desktop app, open “Settings” → “MCP servers” and click “Add server”.

  2. Paste the FRIDAI MCP URL

Enter FRIDAI as the name, paste the URL below, and click “Continue”. Leave the settings on the next page as they are and click “Add”.

Enter FRIDAI as the name, choose “Streamable HTTP” as the type, and paste the URL below. Once it is saved, click “Restart”.

    FRIDAI MCP URL
    https://www.fansnetwork.ai/api/mcp/ruleops

This is only the connection address; it contains no key.

MCP Settings in the dashboard with “Claude (web / app)” chosen
In the dashboard’s left menu, open “MCP Settings”, choose “Claude (web / app)”, and click “Copy connector URL” (blue outline) to copy it there too; “Open Claude connectors” next to it opens Claude’s connector settings directly (sample screen).
  3. Sign in to FRIDAI in your browser and check the request

Click “Connect” and your browser opens FansNetwork.ai.

The list shows that FRIDAI needs you to sign in. Click “Authenticate” and your browser opens FansNetwork.ai.

After you sign in to FRIDAI, first check that the account and the number of brands on the screen are yours.

FRIDAI browser authorization page: “Allow MCP to manage your FRIDAI account?”
The browser authorization page (the account, brand count and app name shown are samples). Once everything looks right, click “Allow connection” (blue outline).
  4. Back in the app, confirm it is connected

Go back to Claude, start a new chat and ask it to “List the FRIDAI brands I can manage.” The first time, it asks whether it may use FRIDAI’s tools; click “Allow once” or “Always allow”.

Go back to Codex and ask it to “List the FRIDAI brands I can manage.”

If you can see your brands, you are connected.

At no point do you need to see, copy or store an API key — and never paste any key into a chat.

Understanding the status in MCP Settings

You will find the connection status under “Current status” in “MCP Settings” in the dashboard’s left menu. It reflects this account’s authorization record, not a live check of each computer; to see whether a particular computer works, ask Claude or Codex on that computer to list your brands.

“MCP Settings” in the dashboard’s left menu
The left menu of the desktop dashboard; the blue outline is “MCP Settings”. On a phone, it is in the “Features” menu.
Not connected yet

There is no authorization yet.

Connect with the four steps above.

Authorized, one last step

The authorization is set up, but your AI hasn’t actually read your account yet.

Go back to Claude or Codex and ask it to list your brands; if this chat can’t see FRIDAI, start a new chat.

Connected and ready

Your AI has read your FRIDAI account.

You can start using it.

Please authorize once more

The current connection is missing some permissions; the features already authorized still work.

For the full Notebook, Reply Settings and Message Center features, sign in again and confirm the permissions. Your data is not affected.

Connection expired

This authorization can no longer be used.

Just sign in and authorize again — no need to subscribe again.

Connection removed

The old authorization has been switched off.

When you need it again, sign in and confirm the authorization in your browser.

Authorization renews automatically, and reconnecting is quick

Each authorization is valid for 90 days. When it expires, the app automatically gets a new one, with nothing for you to do. If the app asks you to sign in again, or the permissions are incomplete, just sign in once more as below. This doesn’t change your Notebook, and you don’t need to subscribe again.

In Claude, go to “Customize” → “Connectors”, click FRIDAI, click “Connect” to reconnect, then confirm the authorization in your browser.

In the ChatGPT desktop app, go to “Settings” → “MCP servers”, find FRIDAI, click “Authenticate” to sign in again, then confirm the authorization in your browser.

Don’t want the app to connect anymore? In “MCP Settings”, open “Advanced setup and key management” and click “Revoke connection”. Claude or Codex loses access immediately.

What it can do for you once connected

FRIDAI MCP covers eight kinds of work. The first five work as soon as you connect; AutoPost and scheduled posts need one extra permission, “AutoPost settings” — here is how.

Product questions and connection checks

Ask how a FRIDAI feature works, where a setting is, or what a platform’s limits are; answers come from the latest official information. It can also confirm your connection works.

AI Notebook

Read it, update it directly or roll back to an earlier version; it can also switch the AI on or off and edit your business details. A backup is always saved first.

Reply Settings

About 50 options in Reply Settings can be adjusted just by asking, and the previous values are saved first.

The Optimizer

Reviews your Notebook line by line, asks for missing details, writes an improved version and tests it — updating only when it passes.

Message Center

Look up conversations, see why the AI didn’t reply, and download a CSV backup. Read-only — it can’t change anything.

AutoPost

See your settings and results; change settings, pause or resume, and write drafts and short-video scripts.

Scheduled postsNew

Schedule 1 to 30 posts at once across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, LinkedIn and YouTube, then edit or cancel them anytime.

What it won’t do

It won’t message your customers, won’t post immediately, and never touches payments or subscriptions.

AI Notebook: read, update, roll back

  • Read the Notebook, business details and Reply Settings that are currently live.
  • Update the Notebook text directly, up to 50,000 characters. Before each update, the old content is always saved as a version.
  • Switch the AI on or off, and edit your fixed business details: store name, address, phone, email, website, opening hours, products, other notes, and whether combined quotes are allowed.
  • Link this Notebook to another of your Notebooks, or remove the link.
  • See the last 50 versions and restore any of them; before restoring, the current content is backed up too.

If you edit the Notebook in the dashboard after it has read it, it refuses to overwrite your changes. Ask it to read the latest content and try again.

Reply Settings: most of what the dashboard offers, just by asking

The names below match “Reply Settings” in the dashboard. Just say “Set Comment Reply Delay to 10 seconds.” It changes only what you mention, and saves the previous values first.

How much it replies

Reply Probability, Cross-post cap, Per-user post cap, DM Rate Limit, Safety Lock (max 3 replies per user per hour), Live Stream Comment Auto-Reply and Live Stream Comment Rate Limit.

When it replies

AI Quiet Hours and Catch Up After Quiet Hours, Comment Reply Delay (0 to 3,600 seconds), DM Batch Wait Time (0 to 30 seconds), Split Messages, and Simulate Human Reply Speed.

Who it replies to

AI Smart Skip, Skip Friends (a list of up to 200 people), Do not reply to people I follow, Do not reply to people who follow me, and Smart Auto-Skip.

Human handoff

Comment review mode, DM review mode, Human Takeover Detection and its Detection Window, Auto-Greeting Exclusion Text, Notify Human, Pause AI After Human Takeover, Call Human by Phone, and Notify-Human Sensitivity.

Reply quality

Advanced model (each reply uses twice the usual quota), AI Rules Strictness, Default Reply Language, Overall style rules, and Golden Examples Auto-Learning with its Learning Weight.

Welcome and follow-up

Welcome Message; Auto Follow-up Messages, up to 4, each with its own timing, purpose, wording and whether to use AI memos; and AI Memo Direction.

Facebook and Instagram only let you message a customer within 24 hours of their last message, so follow-ups can be scheduled up to 22 hours at most.

Platform-specific

Instagram’s Reply to Stories, Require Follow and Custom Message; LINE’s Group Reply, Desktop brand wake name and Group-join greeting; YouTube’s Live Chat AI Reply; and quiet hours for Website Chat.

Message Center: read-only

  • List conversations, filtered by platform, date or keyword.
  • Open a conversation to see, for each customer message, whether the AI replied — and if not, which check stopped it.
  • Download a CSV backup. The download link is valid for 5 minutes, and permissions are checked again when you download.

It can’t reply to customers for you, and it can’t edit or delete messages. A conversation record saying “the AI wrote a reply” doesn’t necessarily mean it reached the customer.

AutoPost: see your settings and results, and change them too

Available as soon as you connect

  • Your AutoPost accounts, and how far you are through the four setup steps
  • Your current settings: writing perspective, posting persona, topic source, first comment, hashtags, collaborators, weekly posting slots and timezone
  • Upcoming and recent posts, with links once they are published
  • The images and videos in your media library
  • Results: totals, recent post metrics, Best Times to Post, and which formats and topics are performing better than usual

With the “AutoPost settings” permission, it can also change

  • First Comment, Hashtag Management, Instagram Collaborators (up to 3), Posting persona, Threads Viral Writer, Trending Topics, Social Hotspots, Tease Hook captions, News chain, Auto-share to Stories, AI Smart Optimization and Timezone
  • Pause or resume AutoPost
  • Save a draft from text you wrote, or schedule it to post automatically
  • Have the AI write a post draft or a short-video script
  • Create a “Money-saving playbook” Instagram carousel template, then have it make a post

For every change, it shows you before and after first, and applies it only when you say yes. AI-written drafts and carousels use your AutoPost quota. Carousel templates with photos are still set up in the dashboard, and for AI-avatar short videos you can email contact@fansnetwork.ai about our production service.

Scheduled posts: plan a whole batch at onceNew

These are the same scheduled posts as in AutoPost’s “Content Calendar” in the dashboard: posts scheduled in Claude or Codex show up in the dashboard, and posts scheduled in the dashboard show up for it too.

  1. Tell it what to schedule

For example, “One post each on Instagram and Threads at 8 pm every day next Monday to Friday,” then give it the text and images. You can schedule 1 to 30 posts at a time.

  2. It shows you the whole batch first

Each post’s date, time, platforms, opening words and images are listed. Problems are flagged right away — for example, an Instagram post with no image, an X post over the character limit, or a platform that needs reconnecting — and in that case nothing is saved.

  3. Say yes, and the whole batch is saved

You confirm the batch once. Either every post is saved or none is — never just half.

  4. They post at the scheduled time

Just like posts scheduled in the dashboard, they go out on time. Until then, you can ask it to edit or cancel any of them.

What you can set for each post

  • Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, LinkedIn and YouTube; one post can go to several at once
  • Text: one version for every platform, or a different one for each. On YouTube, the first line is the video title
  • Images or video: one image, a carousel of 2 to 10 images, or one video; you can also use different media per platform, or none on a platform
  • Hashtags: added to the end of the text automatically
  • First comment: Instagram, Facebook, Threads and X
  • Video cover: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Instagram trial Reels: shown first to people who don’t follow you yet
  • When several accounts are connected on one platform, which one posts

After they are scheduled

  • List scheduled posts: time, platforms, whether each has posted, and its link
  • Change the date, time, text, platforms, images or first comment; again, it shows you before and after first
  • For a post that failed, give it a new time and it is rescheduled
  • Cancel posts that haven’t gone out or that failed; published posts are left alone

How to give it images and videos

  • Already in the dashboard’s media library: ask it to “list the images in my media library” and pick from them.
  • Available at a public link: paste the link and it saves the file to your media library. Google Drive and Dropbox share links work too — set them to “Anyone with the link can view”. Images must be 15 MB or less; videos must be MP4 or MOV and 100 MB or less. This step doesn’t publish anything, so there is nothing to confirm.
  • On your computer: apps that can run commands on your computer, such as Claude Code and Codex, can upload them for you. A regular Claude chat can’t, so upload them to the dashboard’s media library first.

TikTok requires you to confirm privacy, interaction and content disclosure settings yourself on the posting screen, so please schedule TikTok posts in the dashboard. It also never posts immediately; the earliest it can schedule is 2 minutes from now.

To use AutoPost and scheduling, add “AutoPost settings” first

This permission is available when your account has an AutoPost subscription. Until you add it, AutoPost and scheduled posts are view-only; the Notebook, Reply Settings and Message Center are not affected.

  1. Remove FRIDAI

Open “MCP Settings” in the dashboard and, under “Optional: add the "AutoPost settings" permission”, click “Open Claude connector settings” — or go straight to “Customize” → “Connectors” in Claude. Remove FRIDAI.

The “Optional: add the AutoPost settings permission” block in MCP Settings
Once connected, accounts with an AutoPost subscription see this block in “MCP Settings”. Click the button with the blue outline.
  2. Add it again with the same URL

Follow the four steps above and add FRIDAI again with the same URL.

  3. Confirm “AutoPost settings” on the authorization page

The list on the FRIDAI authorization page now has an extra line, “AutoPost settings”. Check it, then click “Allow connection”.

FRIDAI authorization page listing “AutoPost settings”
The authorization page (the account, brand count and app name shown are samples). The blue outlines mark the “AutoPost settings” line and “Allow connection”.
  1. Copy the permission command from the dashboard

Open “MCP Settings” in the dashboard, find “Optional: add the "AutoPost settings" permission”, and click “Copy Codex permission command”.

The “Optional: add the AutoPost settings permission” block in MCP Settings
Once connected, accounts with an AutoPost subscription see this block in “MCP Settings”. Click the button with the blue outline.
  2. Paste it into Codex and send

Codex reconnects and your browser opens the FRIDAI authorization page.

  3. Confirm “AutoPost settings” on the authorization page

Check that “AutoPost settings” is in the list, then click “Allow connection”.

FRIDAI authorization page listing “AutoPost settings”
The authorization page (the account, brand count and app name shown are samples). The blue outlines mark the “AutoPost settings” line and “Allow connection”.

What it won’t do

  • Message your customers, or edit or delete any message
  • Post immediately: a scheduled post only goes out after you confirm it, at its scheduled time
  • Schedule TikTok posts (please do that in the dashboard)
  • Get your social platforms’ sign-in tokens
  • Pay, change or cancel a subscription — and it can’t see your billing history either
Part 2

The Optimizer: get your Notebook ready to go live

It works like a manager training a new hire, reading your Notebook line by line through the eyes of someone on their first day. It gives specific praise where the writing is good, points out anything unclear or risky, and then gives you the fixed version.

Start the Optimizer

  1. Nothing to install

Once FRIDAI MCP is connected, the Optimizer is already there, and it always uses FRIDAI’s latest version.

  2. Copy the “Improve AI support” line and paste it into a chat

Once you are connected, “MCP Settings” shows “Connected! Copy one line and paste it into your AI”. Click “Copy” under “Improve AI support”, paste it into a Claude or Codex chat and send it, and it gets started.

The “Connected! Copy one line and paste it into your AI” block in MCP Settings
This block only appears once you are connected. Click “Copy” (blue outline) on “Improve AI support” (sample screen).

Start it and pick the right mode

In the chat, just say “Use the FRIDAI Optimizer to…” followed by what you want it to do.

Notebook optimization mode

Checks, improves and tests the AI Notebook for one brand.

Best right after you write or overhaul a Notebook, or when the AI’s replies don’t feel accurate enough.

Product Q&A mode

Answers questions about FRIDAI itself: features, where a setting is, platform limits, troubleshooting, sign-up and plans. Answers come from the latest official information on MCP.

For billing matters such as charges, cancellations and refunds, it won’t draw conclusions for you; it tells you clearly who to confirm with.

If one message asks for both, it handles them separately and never writes FRIDAI’s product information into your Notebook.

What a real report looks like

Below is an excerpt from a full diagnostic report the Optimizer produced for one brand. This Notebook covered two lines of business at once — medical devices and sports nutrition supplements — the highest regulatory risk there is. Brand, personal and organization names have been masked.

Full diagnostic report Brand name Notebook Method: text review + new-hire simulation + 18-question stress test
  1. 1. Current Notebook structureOrganizes what you wrote into a clear structure, with each business line listed separately.
  2. 2. Full list of issuesGrouped as P0 critical, P1 logic gaps and P2 quality and formatting, each with what is wrong, the new-hire view, and how to fix it. This one found 44.
  3. 3. Content that doesn’t belong in the NotebookThe Notebook controls what the AI says and how; the dashboard controls when, how fast, to whom and with which abilities. Anything in the wrong place is moved, item by item.
  4. 4. Suggested Reply Settings changesWorks out from your business which dashboard settings to adjust, with the location, current value, suggested value and reason for each.
  5. 5. What to addSplit into required and recommended; each item is one specific question for you to answer.
  6. 6. Full improved NotebookReady to select all and paste back into FRIDAI. Anywhere information is missing is marked [待補] (“to fill”) — it never makes things up.
  7. 7. Stress-test results and next stepsSimulates customers asking question by question, and lists how many passed and which are blocked on [待補] items.

Excerpt from section 2: every item says what is wrong, the new-hire view, and how to fix it

P0 critical
“Refer customers over 60 to a doctor” locks out a third of the customer base
What’s wrong
The referral condition says “the customer is over 60”, while the customer profile says “mostly 45 to 65”.
New-hire view
A customer says “I’m 62 this year”, and your AI immediately stops selling and sends them a clinic booking link. More than half of your target customers get turned away the moment they mention their age. And the AI has no idea how old anyone is unless they say so — so honest customers are the ones being punished.
How to fix it
Tie referral to medication, health conditions or contraindications, not age. Turn age into a helpful line instead: “If you or your parents take long-term prescription medicine, it’s a good idea to check with a doctor before use.”
P0 critical
The referral discount has no eligibility rules at all
What’s wrong
It says “Gold, referral price NT$22,500 (shipping included)”, but nothing says who counts as a referrer, whether a name is needed, or whether Silver has a referral price.
New-hire view
A customer says “A friend recommended you”, and the AI gives them 22,500. The list price of 22,800 plus 150 shipping is 22,950, so that is NT$450 off. Ten customers saying it a day is NT$4,500.
How to fix it
The AI only quotes the price and notifies a human; eligibility is always decided by a person.
P0 critical
Four different sets of “notify a human” rules, and two “five cases” lists don’t match
What’s wrong
Five cases under “medical referral limits”, five under “five situations for a human”, one “fallback rule”, plus “then notify a human” scattered everywhere. Two separate “first, second, third” numbering schemes exist side by side.
New-hire view
Your boss hands you four different “when to call me” lists, and they don’t agree. You will miss something. And a numbered rule table is itself the wrong way to write it — the AI has to jump around to look things up, which is fragile.
How to fix it
Merge them into one general rule written as sentences, and write a complete sentence at each trigger point — no numbering, no cross-references.

Excerpt from section 7: customer questions run against the improved version

No.Customer questionAfter optimizationResult
8“I’m 62 — is this suitable for me?”Introduces the product normally and adds “if you take long-term prescription medicine, check with a doctor first” instead of turning them awayFixed
3“How much is shipping for Silver?”Hits a [待補] item, hands over to a human, makes nothing upPasses once filled
11“I’m 3 months pregnant”Stops it right away and advises against use, gives the clinic booking link and notifies a humanPassed

15 of 18 passed; 3 are blocked on [待補] items — not wrong answers, but correctly refusing to make things up.

How a full optimization runs

Once MCP is connected, you only need to say which brand to optimize — there is no need to paste your Notebook in yourself.

  1. Read the current state

It checks permissions, selects the brand you named, and reads the latest Notebook and Reply Settings.

  2. Check-up

It runs the 100-point check and lists every item that didn’t pass, anything that may contradict itself, and any questions still unconfirmed.

  3. Sort out the facts, one question at a time

Prices, offers, dates, opening hours, addresses, contact details, links, products, policies and rules for handing over to a human are each marked “confirmed”, “contradictory” or “missing”. If something contradicts, it asks you, one question at a time; it never picks one on its own or fills gaps with common sense.

  4. Write the complete new version, up to 100 points

All confirmed content and conditions are kept. Anything about how it runs — timing, probabilities, delays, schedules, skip lists, quiet hours and feature switches — goes into Reply Settings, not the Notebook. After rewriting, it runs the check-up again until it scores 100.

  5. Make sure nothing from the original is lost

The new version is compared with the old one item by item: nothing that was confirmed may be missing, and nothing you never provided may be added.

  6. Conversation tests

It runs two rounds of multi-turn conversation tests with AI-generated anonymous customers, then compares before and after across 20 scenarios. It doesn’t read real customer conversations, send messages, create bookings or publish anything.

  7. Tests pass, update directly

If you said “optimize” or “update”, it updates the Notebook directly once the tests meet the bar — no need to go back to the dashboard to approve. If you only said “check” or “give me a report”, you just get the report and your Notebook stays the same.

Pass criteria: miss one and it isn’t done

  • A check-up score of 100, with no unresolved issues.
  • Two rounds of conversation tests with 20 scenarios each. Each round has at least one three-turn conversation to confirm it remembers what was said earlier, and one question where the customer starts from a wrong assumption and gets correctly put right.
  • Zero made-up information, zero pretending to have done something, zero privacy leaks, zero leaked internal instructions, and zero breaches of the policies you wrote down.
  • At least 3 points on every scoring dimension (out of 5), and a weighted average of at least 4.
  • The improved version must not perform worse than the original.

If the score isn’t 100, it tells you what is still missing instead of saying it’s finished.

Updating and rolling back: you decide

Once you have talked it through in Claude or Codex, it updates things for you directly — no need to go back to the dashboard to approve. Whether it changes anything depends on what you ask:

Update directly

Say “optimize”, “edit”, “update” or “apply”, and once the tests pass it updates the Notebook or Reply Settings for you.

Report only

Say “check”, “analyze” or “give me a report”, and it posts the full report and the new version in the chat, leaving your Notebook unchanged.

Roll back

Before every update, the old content is saved as a version. Tell it “Roll back the Notebook for (brand name) to the previous version”, or restore it yourself with “History” on the Notebook page.

If someone else edited the Notebook in the meantime, it refuses to overwrite. Ask it to read the latest content and try again.

The Optimizer

Fully optimize one Notebook

Use the FRIDAI Optimizer. First list the FRIDAI brands I can manage, then fully optimize the Notebook for “(brand name)”: run the 100-point check-up, sort out the facts, ask me one question at a time if anything contradicts, improve it to 100 points, then run two rounds of multi-turn conversation tests. Show me the full report first, and only update the Notebook after I say yes.

Official FRIDAI MCP prompts

Full rule check-up

Connect to FRIDAI RuleOps, list the available accounts, and read the latest AI rules and Reply Settings. Check for contradictions, missing information, tone consistency and the conditions for handing over to a human. Explain the risks and the changes you recommend, but don’t update anything yet.

Test replies before updating

For the new Notebook version you just wrote, create 10 anonymous test scenarios and compare the replies before and after the change. Mark each one as improved, unchanged or worse, then tell me whether it meets the bar for updating. Don’t read real customer conversations, and don’t update the Notebook yet.

Adjust the brand’s tone

Read the current AI rules and improve only the tone and clarity of the replies. Don’t change any confirmed prices, opening hours, refund policy or service scope. Explain the reasons for your changes first, and update only after I say yes.

Check the Reply Settings

Read the current Reply Settings and find anything that could cause too many replies, missed replies, or handing over to a human too late. Suggest conservative adjustments, listing the current and suggested value for each, and update only after I say yes.

Read or download the Message Center

List the Message Center conversations from the last 7 days in my FRIDAI account. Only read and summarize them; don’t send, edit or delete any message. If I want a backup, use prepare_message_center_export to create a CSV download link that is valid for 5 minutes.

AutoPost and scheduling

Schedule a week of posts at once

List the FRIDAI brands I can manage, then schedule posts for “(brand name)” at 8 pm every day next Monday to Friday, on both Instagram and Threads. Here is the text: (paste the text for each post). Use the 5 newest images in the media library, one per post. Show me a preview of the whole batch first, and schedule them only after I say yes.

Edit or cancel scheduled posts

List the scheduled posts for “(brand name)” that haven’t gone out yet. Move the post on (date) to 9 pm and cancel the one on (date). Show me before and after first, and make the changes only after I say yes.

Add images and videos to the media library

Add the images and videos at these links to the media library for “(brand name)”, then list the media library URL of each one: (paste the links)

Review AutoPost results

Summarize the recent AutoPost results for “(brand name)”: which time slots, formats and topics are performing better than usual. Give me three suggestions, but don’t change any settings yet.

FAQ

Why does opening the MCP URL directly show “Missing Authorization header”?

That is a normal security response. The URL is the address Claude or Codex connects to, not a web page to read. Paste it into the app’s connector or MCP settings, then sign in to FRIDAI in your browser and confirm the authorization.

Why don’t I see “MCP Settings” in the dashboard?

MCP is shown to FRIDAI accounts with at least one active paid subscription. Free, trial, demo and deactivated accounts don’t see it; if you just paid, refresh the dashboard.

I’ve authorized it — why does the status say “Authorized, one last step”?

The authorization is set up, but your AI hasn’t actually read your account yet. Go back to Claude or Codex and ask it to list your brands; if that chat can’t see FRIDAI, start a new chat and ask again.

What if I forget or lose my MCP key?

Most people never need to see or copy a key. In “MCP Settings”, revoke the old connection, then reconnect from Claude or Codex and confirm the authorization in your browser.

Why does it say the Notebook has been changed and it can’t overwrite it?

It means the Notebook or Reply Settings were changed after it read them — for example, you just edited them in the dashboard. Ask it to read the latest content and try again, so it doesn’t overwrite the newer settings.

Whose AI quota does it use?

Analysis, rewriting and testing use your own Claude or Codex quota. FRIDAI doesn’t call any extra model inside MCP.

Will the tests message real customers?

No. Tests only use AI-generated anonymous scenarios. Nothing from the tests is written to FRIDAI, and no messages are sent, no bookings created and no Notebook updated.

Can I go live before the score reaches 100?

The Optimizer’s standard is that it isn’t done until it scores 100. It tells you exactly which information is still missing; once you add it, ask it to run again.

Do scheduled posts go out right away?

No. It always shows you a preview of the whole batch first and saves only after you say yes; once saved, posts go out at the time you scheduled, 2 minutes from now at the earliest. Until then, you can ask it to edit or cancel them.

Why does it say I don’t have the “AutoPost settings” permission?

Your connection doesn’t include that permission yet, so AutoPost and scheduled posts are view-only. Authorize once more by following Add the AutoPost permission; the Notebook and Message Center are not affected. Your account needs an AutoPost subscription to add it.

Can it schedule TikTok posts?

TikTok requires you to confirm the publishing settings yourself on the posting screen, so please schedule TikTok posts in the dashboard. It can schedule for Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Can I see the posts it schedules in the dashboard?

Yes. Posts scheduled in Claude or Codex are the same scheduled posts as in AutoPost’s “Content Calendar” in the dashboard, and you can edit or cancel them in either place.
